The month of May is the month dedicated to the Virgin Mary. The Sanctuary of the Holy House of Loreto offers all the faithful to join in prayer from Monday to Saturday with the recitation of the Holy Rosary at 9.00 pm in the Basilica.
Every Tuesday together with the prayer of the Holy Rosary there will be a meditation offered by the biblical scholar Rosanna Virgili on the text of the Sunday Gospel.
The topics covered will be the following:
- May 3: I give eternal life to my sheep (Jn 10: 27-30)
- May 10: I give you a new commandment (Jn 13: 11-33)
- May 17: The Holy Spirit will remind you of everything I have told you (Jn 14: 23-29)
- May 24: You will be witnesses of this (Lk 24: 46-53)
At the end of the Marian month, the Marian procession will take place on 31 May at 9.00 pm.
